Sorry to double post but if Duion' s idea works, that would be a pretty cool way to achieve the effect. I'm not sure of how performance would be impacted, also.

The problem with that idea is that the foliage fx has no collision that I am aware of. It seems, even when using a dts shape. Of course, it could be done but would probably take some serious engine changes. Even if you got a windscale variable worked out in script, all your billboards placed by that...

I am trying to get mine not to turn and cannot. Can you send the files to me? I think that might be the easiest. They should turn automatically.

Hey Hodo, you need to set up the physics in your datablock. The included vehiclemaps should at least get you moving. Getting a realistic airplane is going to take a bit of work I think. Here is a flying car datablock made by someone in the old forums. This is just a cheetah with no wheels as an exam...

Hey, sorry I forgot about this thread. There is a third file you need, to set up your vehicle and wheels. Like the cheetah.cs file in game/scripts/server. The tires are attached during onAdd. If you don't not have one, write it up and set it to be executed in scriptExec.cs. I skipped the spring anim...

Thanks Duion, this is just a pause menu I made a long time ago for learning purposes. I'm not thinking anyone would use this in a finished game. I installed it now because I want to be able to pause the gameplay. I was just thinking people might find it useful to set up their own. The sky and clouds...

A very simple pause menu with options, exit, restart and continue buttons. Figured it might help someone learn simple gui or otherwise come in handy. Uses the escape key to open this menu and freezes time. Sound remains. The background is one of yughues textures. https://opengameart.org/users/yughue...

Sorry Jester, I don't have any way of testing anything for you. Could it be the implementation of the weapons pack?
