I am new working in torque and until now i have used T3D 3.6.1 but i want to start a proyect and i not really sure of what version to use,i may need a veteran advice in this

I am from Cuba and here the internet sucks so i have tried any posible way of download an visual but i cant entry into microsoft web page is like if we were blocked or something

i live in cuba,here internet is very slow and unestable that is why i need to ask if anyone can share microsoft visual 2015 offline installer,any help would be most apreciate
