A year ago, given feedback from a number of people, I posted a Community Code of Conduct with a number of guidelines for how one should, well, conduct oneself while engaging in the community. I feel the original CoC was solid, but over the course of the year a number of topics and feedback from vari...

I've got my own impressions of how they're doing the tech(some of which more nerdly technical analysis people online look to generally align with, such as Digital Foundry). It's undeniably cool tech, but people tend to forget in the moment of a glitzy demonstration that literally everything has comp...

A thread to discuss the refresharoo announcement. I went ahead and moved your post here, @Duion I'd brainfarted and had forgotten to adjust the announcements subform itself to be read only. I want the announcements to be standalone like a bulletin board for news. Discussion about the announcements i...

Some of that is to be ...

I'm working with Lukas and other site/online presence maintainers to put together a gameplan on how to clean up and consolidate stuff because as people in here(and elsewhere) have noted, there's the issue of stuff not being kept up to date. I'll be posting a new workblog and the gameplan for stuff g...

Apologies for the hefty delays in new werkblerg action.
I'll have a new post up in the next couple of days(unsurprisingly it'll be a long one)

This is very cool, dude!

And the idea of utilizing a mask like that has a few other potential applications as well. I've seen similar used for purely ripple/vortex normal distortion of the water surface for example.
Definitely some slick ideas in play :)

more hotkeys for everything, so you can work faster. Fully agree. Or, more specifically, more hotkeys AND what keybinds the editors have are adjusted to be able to be remapped so the end user can have a setup that is most comfortable. Regarding to the 'redesigning'. While obviously improvements wil...

Hey all! Time for an updated roadmap for the year 2020, oh boy! In interest of combating the issues that oft plague roadmaps and time schedules, I took some suggestions and will bracket out the roadmap by means of priorities. Instead of trying to hardline "this by march" or anything like that, we'll...
