The best way is to use a tree generator which supports wind animations, but the only one that does that is Forester.
I did not know forester did that, good to know.

If you are on windows 10, the XBOX game bar can record games. I do not use TGE, but I know the XBOX app sees modern Torque 3d as a game and launches when I launch the editor. I have made recordings of Torque 3d with it.
