Strange. I can't even load the mesh into T3D. I get a "too many bones" error. Obviously you can. Try using the Shape Editor to move those nodes that are causing the stretching of the skin. It almost looks like the "origin" is being included in the "weighting" of the skin.

Most likely this is Torque Game Engine(TGE). There was a Mac version of that engine. When T3D 1.0 was initially released they dropped Mac and Linux support. Hello. Could you just use a physical zone like in the Outpost mission. You step into the zone and gravity becomes "0.5"

It also pushes you out with appliedForce. Look in Outpost.mis.

You could also use "Jetting" to move up and no Jet to move down.
