I really like the idea of a new default character with animations compatible with a particular MakeHuman rig. That would be awesome. It would be great but I don't know if your going to find many people with animation skills to help. @TorqueFan , A tutorial to get a commercial Maximo character into T...

I was thinking of distribution of aT3D game so that it would work on any distro out there. I imagine the dependencies wouldn't add much bloat. Many distros come with flatpak or snap app installed but that's why I was thinking AppImage since it runs without a client piece of software. You can compile...

I was thinking about this awhile ago and I think the answer must be AppImage. I just haven't got around to delving deeper. There is also FlatPak and Snap but AppImage looks to be the most flexible and easy for the user but as I said, I haven't delved into it. Here are some links. AppImage https://ap...

a couple of things that look odd 1) I wonder if the taml/xml reading function doesn't like the hyphen in the pathname in that early few lines 2) In the past, I had god awful problems with a project name of test throwing all kinds of fits. as for the opengl spam, can you not install a newer version ...

When I compile myself, it finishes without errors but I get a ton of errors in the console when I load a level.
Got a log we can eyeball?
I attached it this post, thanks

"Preview4_0_bld5_lin" require glibc 2.29. Ubuntu 18.04 lts family - glibc 2.27
Same here on Ubuntu 18.04 derivative. Probably compiled on 19.04 or possibly cross-compiled on Windows.

Thanks for posting the Linux version. My version of glibc is 2.27 because I'm on Mint which is Ubuntu 18.04 so I get this---- libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.29' not found (required by ./torque3d) But it compiles without errors so awesome! Edit: Some files seem to be invalid. I can't add terrain or appl...

That is pretty cool. Off and on, I've been trying to get turrets working in general. When you say reverse, in which way is it reverse? I'm at work now but would like to see this working. Any chance you can post the code? I could check it out tonight.

I was just thinking about this game and had the same thought. I wish someone would have leaked this to some site. All that work! It was shut down for copy-right reasons.
