Here is a very simple flashlight that uses the weapons fire light as a flashlight. Some of it was from a few different posts from the old forum. Oh, well yes, that is pretty straight-forward. Just copy the stuff from your level(.mis,.ter) and and art/shapes folders.

Is this a project with engine changes? That can get pretty tricky. I would start with WinMerge. http://winmerge.org/?lang=en Maybe compare it to a stock 3.5 project to get a list of all the customized changes because you don't want to copy over stock changes from 3.5 to 3.10.
