Videoslash
I am trying to export a mod for Blockland, and I tried to do it using DTS, and when I did, when it said it was exporting, it crashed. Even using the cheapo DTS exporter, and not the DTS plus still made it crash.I have 1.8.5 Beta 1The model was made in SketchUp 2014And I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-BitSo would you help me? thunder
what you could try is to use the Alias fbx 2011 exporter and there write your filename.DAEshould work really
Bloodknight
somewhere in the code there exists a 20k ish poly cap per mesh, which roughly translates to a 60k vertex limit, this is an old TGE limitation of a very old DTS format. What this means in real terms is that the exporter crashes if you have meshes above a certain size, options are either make more meshes by splitting them down, or export using collada (not sure how that works, back when i tested this collada was experimental, in torque terms and many others). dont know if the chris robertson dts+ exporter has the same limitations, https://github.com/nzchris/ms2dtsExporterPlus or maybe you can hack the exporter to fix it :)
