I've seen a lot of resources on airplanes, but all of them were for TGEA or old T3D and simply don't work anymore. Are there any examples of airplanes for T3D 3.6?

I've been looking around. Can you point me to some of the old resources you found? I could help getting them to work in current T3D.

The model I made is ugly. The dust emitter is strangely above the plane. The vehicle doesn't seem to act much like an airplane but perhaps it can be tweaked. It's not perfect by any means but it seems to work as that resource made it to. Something to start with anyway.

When you add the airplane to your scene make sure it is fairly high off the ground but still in reach.

Just to throw it out there, it would be a hell of a lot of work but if you wanted *real* flight dynamics logic, I've spent a lot of time messing with FlightGear (flightgear.org), which is an open source standalone flight simulator. It has multiple flight dynamics models but the one that is most tested is called JSBSim and it is licensed LGPL, so you can compile it into a closed source T3D project if you want to without breaking the GPL. You can find more info here:
