The arguments are named, you pass them along when you use the function.
If you miss arguments you usually get an error message like "invalid number of arguments got 2 expected 3" etc.
If you use debug mode in Visual Studio you can even see the data that is passed along with the function.

Linux gives some additional performance loss for some reason.
Especially if there are too many decals, which happens soon with 100 bots, so try disabling decals.

Try out the functions in the world editor on the navmesh, there is an option to select single tiles and regenerate them. But in your case it is probably enough to generate the navmesh once as a whole at start, it will add quite some loading time though, since navmesh generation takes a while. You ne...

You could trigger to regenerate the navmesh while the game is running, you can regenerate small parts like one cell to save performance.
