If you have a working fork to compare to, could always try grabbing something like WinMerge and doing a comparison between your files and the working fork to spot the differences.

Usually it's just one missed bit causing havok.

That's a little tricky because they're completely separate pieces of web software, but that is a good suggestion to at least ensure each as common navigation between each in the header/footer.

I haven't been having any issues connecting recently, so I'm not sure. If it persists, maybe trying pinging the IP address of the irc server from a proxy site to see if it's a local issue, and if so, contact your ISP?

Very odd! Good to document though. Especially weird because the walls clearly are shadowing alright. Wonder if it's a depth issue causing the player to be too close in the cubemap mode...
